Are you a people person with a drive to win?
Do you want to sell a product you can actually see all over town? We are looking for a dynamic Customer Account Manager to be the face of our brand. From eye-catching vehicle wraps to custom apparel and massive signage, you’ll be the person helping local businesses get the attention they deserve.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

• Tangible Results: There’s nothing like walking into a stadium or seeing a fleet of cars drive by and saying, "I helped make that happen."
• Earning Potential: We offer a competitive Full-Time Base Salary + Commission. Your paycheck directly reflects your hustle.
• The Best of Both Worlds: You aren’t chained to a desk, but you aren't on an island either. You’ll start and end your day at our local office, collaborating with the team and staying connected to the production process. Typical hours are M-F 8:30-5:00.
• Company Wheels: No wear and tear on your personal car! You’ll have daily use of a company vehicle to head out into the field, network, and meet clients in style.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hunting: Scouting the local market for businesses, schools, and organizations that are ready to upgrade their image.
• Connecting: Engaging in active B2B outreach—visiting businesses, attending networking events, and cold calling to spark new opportunities.
• Consulting: You aren’t just selling; you’re solving problems. You’ll assess client needs—whether it’s embroidery, screen printing, signs, or vinyl wraps—and provide the perfect visual solution.
• Closing: Managing your pipeline from "Hello" to "Order Placed" using our CRM.

Who We Are Looking For:

• The Go-Getter: You are self-motivated, resilient, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• The Relationship Builder: You can talk to anyone, anywhere, and turn a handshake into a long-term partnership.
• The Professional: You’re comfortable with daily office presence to coordinate with the team and have a clean driving record to operate the company vehicle.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and email marketing to stay organized and efficient.
• Experience: A background in B2B sales, print, or advertising is a huge plus—but if you have the right attitude and a hunger to learn, we’ll train the right person.
