What You’ll Be Doing
Lead With Expertise
Run in-home consultations with both company-provided and self-generated leads.
Walk clients through a professional design/sales process that results in confident decisions and signed contracts.
Present premium, high-design projects that excite and inspire homeowners.
Drive Sales Performance
Hit your monthly revenue targets and close rates.
Actively prospect, network, and follow up to generate ongoing opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of sales experience, ideally in high-end home services or residential construction.
A track record of closing $50k+ deals and achieving monthly sales goals.
Experience using CRMs and managing a personal sales pipeline.
Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and follow-through.
