System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our team with a driven Design Consultant that is looking to be on a Management Track. In this position, you will be a part of a sales organization that provides excellent customer service. You would start out in a Design Consultant role, running appointments and getting familiarized with the day to day of a sales representative but would be on a fast track to manage a sales team.  

By working with System Pavers, you’ll also have the opportunity to receive pre-qualified sales leads generated by our marketing department.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

As a Design Consultant you would be responsible for the following:

·         Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport

·         Accurately assessing and uncovering customer needs and vision

·         Measuring outdoor spaces and designing personalized solutions

·         Generating self-generated leads, in addition to leads provided by the company

·         Work closely with our construction department to provide a seamless customer experience

·         Efficiently utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contracts and more

·         Hit appropriate metrics to move forward on management track into a full sales manager position

If all metrics are hit, you would move into the full sales manager role which consists of:

·         Managing a team mixed with veteran and green sales staff – help motivate and inspire the team to hit their goals

·         Tracking the results and successes of the sales team

·         Driving team to bring in revenue

·         Reporting and tracking of the metrics of the department – this will be light administrative work as the goal is to be out in front of the team acting as the motivator

·         Overseeing the daily workflow of the sales team

·         Interviewing, hiring and mentoring new employees

·         Conducting ride along/shadowing appointments with sales representatives

·         Running appointments in addition to the managerial responsibilities

Experience & Skills:  

·        Successful proven outside sales experience; in-home sales (preferred)

·        Sales manager experience

·        Experience with technology & different computer programs

·        Have a lot of GRIT and do what it takes to make things happen

·        Strong creative or design experience

·        Very resourceful personality

·        Consider yourself a “people person”

·        High integrity, ethics, and a positive mindset

·        Display a commitment to self-development/self-improvement

·        Coach-able and open to new ideas

·        Enjoys working with a team that has a strong culture and then adding to it

·        Bachelor’s degree a Plus
