Outside Sales Representative — Fredericksburg & Texas Hill Country
Role: Grow sales of countertops, tile, and wood flooring by developing relationships with custom homebuilders, remodelers, and interior designers throughout Fredericksburg and the surrounding Hill Country.
Primary job functions:
Identify prospective clients and develop new business through regular outreach, in-person visits, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, designers, and remodelers to generate repeat business.
Meet with clients at their offices, jobsites, or showroom to understand project needs and assist with material selections.
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals, follow up on quotes, and close sales.
Communicate project scope, selections, and customer expectations to the operations team.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide weekly updates on prospecting, proposals, and sales.
Stay involved throughout projects to support customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
Preferred background: Experience selling to custom builders or designers, ideally in countertops, flooring, cabinetry, or related building products. Established relationships in the Hill Country are a strong plus.
