Outside Sales - Commercial Estimator

• Reads and understands blueprints, the project scope of work and all contract documents associated with New and Re-Roofing Commercial projects / jobs, low slope and steep slope.
• Sources and compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
• Builds relationships with General Contractors and vendors by ensuring excellent customer service and fostering communication opportunities.
• Travels throughout assigned territories to call on and solicit to regular and prospective customers. Bilingual a plus but not a requirement.
