From office buildings and neighborhood homes to dealership lots and commercial fleets,

doors, build relationships, and turn conversations into lasting business.

earnings to grow with the business, you create—this could be the role for you.

Target total compensation is approximately $45,000+ annually when established sales goals are

achieved. Actual compensation depends on the amount and type of qualifying revenue generated

and collected. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of earnings.

Complete commission terms will be provided in a written compensation agreement.


About the Position

Black Optix Tint is hiring an outside sales representative to grow our commercial, residential,

fleet, and dealership business throughout Spring, The Woodlands, Klein, Tomball, and Greater

Houston.

This is a field-based position focused on developing relationships, generating new opportunities,

and converting prospects into long-term customers.


Responsibilities

•Generate commercial and residential window-film opportunities

•Build relationships with property managers, builders, contractors, business owners,

dealerships, and fleet operators

•Conduct in-person prospecting, telephone outreach, email campaigns, networking, and

referral development

•Visit customer locations and gather information for estimates

•Present proposals and consistently follow up on open opportunities

•Maintain accurate prospect, estimate, and sales records in the CRM system

•Coordinate pricing, scheduling, and project requirements with the Operations Manager

•Maintain recurring commercial, fleet, and dealership relationships

•Meet monthly activity, pipeline, and collected-revenue goals

•Represent Black Optix professionally throughout the local community



Qualifications

•Outside sales, business development, automotive, construction, home-services, or B2B

sales experience preferred

•Confident approaching businesses and speaking with decision-makers

•Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

•Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field

•Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record

•Able to use email, spreadsheets, and customer-management tools

•Strong practical math skills

•Ability to take accurate field measurements

•Ability to calculate square footage and material requirements

•Ability to prepare accurate customer estimates

•Ability to calculate and evaluate job margins

•Understanding of how materials, labor, discounts, commissions, and other costs affect

profitability

•Ability to follow established pricing and minimum-margin requirements

•Ability to identify when a quote requires management approval

•Ability to remain standing or walking for extended periods while visiting customer and

job sites.

•Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds,

with assistance when appropriate


Schedule and Territory

This is a full-time position serving Spring, The Woodlands, and the greater Houston area. The

schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend networking

opportunities.

Regular local travel and face-to-face prospecting are essential parts of the position. This position

requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s

license, reliable transportation, an acceptable driving record, and personal automobile insurance

permitting business use. Approved business mileage will be reimbursed according to company

policy.

Background check, drug screening and MVR will be required.
