    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
    • Greet players as they arrive on the facility, either at the bag drop or in the parking lot.  
    • Remove golf bags from their cars and transport them to the bag rack.  
    • Set bags appropriately on carts  before play begins. 
    • Provide players with thoroughly cleaned carts that operate flawlessly.  
    • Stock each cart with a scoreboard, a pencil and rolled towels.  
    • Report any needed cart repairs immediately to your supervisor.  
    • Ensure that the cart area is always clean and orderly.  
    • Service the practice range.  
    • Set up the range by the schedule.  
    • Continually replenish the supply of practice balls.  
    • Patrol the practice tee to pick up trash and monitor clubs for cleaning.
    • Collect and clean balls during the day as needed and at the end of play.  
    • Ensure that all range balls are in excellent condition at all times by culling damaged balls.
    • Assist the players as they depart from the facility.  
    • Be certain that all clubs are thoroughly cleaned and that no player should put his or her golf bag back into their auto on their own.
    • Maintain a clean and organized bag storage room.  
    • All clubs stored should be clean and the bag should be wiped down before bringing out  to the member. 
    • Work closely with the Golf Shop staff to ensure that all club rules, including dress code and beverage policy are followed by all players. 

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITITES:
    • Golf cart driving ability and skills.
    • Golf etiquette knowledge.
    • Customer service skills.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Seeing - Regularly (67-100%).
    • Hearing - Regularly (67-100%).
    • Standing/Walking - Regularly (67-100%).
    • Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling - Regularly (67-100%).
    • Lifting/Pulling/Pushing - Regularly (67-100%).
    • Grasping/Feeling - Regularly (67-100%).
