Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Originate and close DSCR, private lending, and business-purpose loans nationwide
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with real estate investors and referral partners
  • Manage and expand your existing book of business
  • Prospect for new opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry engagement
  • Structure financing solutions that help investors acquire, renovate, build, and scale portfolios
  • Collaborate with operations, underwriting, and capital markets teams to efficiently move transactions to closing
  • Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional client service
  • Consistently achieve and exceed production goals

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Experience originating Private Lending, BPL, or DSCR loan products
  • Existing network of real estate investors, brokers, or industry contacts
  • Demonstrated history of self-generating business
  • Proven ability to structure and close investment-property financing solutions
  • Strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Monthly funded volume of $3M+ within the past 12 months
  • Experience with:DSCR Loans
  • Fix & Flip Financing
  • Bridge Loans
  • Ground-Up Construction Financing
  • Established presence within local or national investor communities
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline
