Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Outside Loan Officers / BPL Producers with an established network of real estate investors and a proven track record in Business Purpose Lending (BPL). The ideal candidate will have strong DSCR lending, direct-to-consumer origination, business development, and loan closing experience, along with an existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate Business Purpose Lending (BPL) loans for real estate investors.
- Develop, manage, and grow an existing book of business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors and broker partners.
- Structure investment-property financing solutions based on client needs.
- Drive loan originations across investment-focused lending products.
- Prospect for new business through outbound calls and relationship development.
- Manage leads from initial contact through loan closing.
- Develop new investor relationships while retaining existing clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed production and closing targets.
- Partner with underwriting and operations teams to facilitate a smooth loan process.
- Utilize technology and available leads to maximize deal flow and production.
Required Qualifications
- Business Purpose Lending (BPL) experience required.
- DSCR lending experience required.
- Proven experience originating investment-property loans.
- Established relationships with real estate investors.
- Existing and transferable book of business.
- Demonstrated loan production and closing history.
- Direct-to-consumer loan origination experience.
- Strong sales, business development, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent prospecting and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
