Fish Window Cleaning is hiring full-time and part-time sales positions in Charlotte, NC. This is an outside sales position. Do you like working on your own without a boss constantly looking over your shoulder? Are you outgoing and enjoy talking with people? If so, this position could be a great fit! Pay:
- $13 per hour plus sales commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Grow a commercial customer base through cold sales at local businesses
- Provide estimates on site to potential customers
- Follow up with phone calls to the potential customers that were given free estimates.
- Will need to meet certain long-term sales goals
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Need to be organized and able to allow for time to follow up on initial estimates.
- Ability to calculate and prepare job estimates on site.
- A reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license and current insurance.
FISH offers:
- We will provide training and uniforms.
- No nights or weekends.
- A relaxed work environment with the ability to work independently and with flexibility. Typical Schedule:
- All work is performed within our normal hours of operation, Monday- Friday, 8 A.M.- 5 P.M.
- We can work out a flexible schedule for anyone looking to work part-time.
Other Considerations:
- No health insurance benefits are provided.
- Sales associates will be expected to drive their own vehicle. There may be some days where a company vehicle is available.

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
