Position Overview Wickham Tractor Co. is seeking a motivated and professional Outside Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative to support and grow our customer base from our Greeley dealership. This is a relationship-driven, commission-based sales role with strong earning potential and long-term career growth opportunities.
This role focuses on territory development, customer relationship management, and equipment solution selling within the agricultural community.
Compensation · 65,000 - 150,000 annual earning potential · Base salary + guaranteed commission during training period · Commission-based compensation structure designed for high performers
Key Responsibilities · Develop, manage, and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales goals · Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with farmers, producers, and ag businesses · Actively prospect new customers while servicing existing accounts within assigned territory · Conduct on-site farm visits, product demonstrations, and needs assessments · Negotiate pricing, financing options, and equipment solutions to close profitable sales · Deliver a consistently high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale · Maintain expert-level knowledge of agricultural equipment, attachments, and technology · Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences · Complete timely follow-up documentation and sales reporting · Represent Wickham Tractor Co. with professionalism and integrity

Education & Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent required · Agriculture, farming, heavy equipment, or related industry experience preferred · Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software · Valid driver's license with insurability under company insurance policy required
