STARTING PAY: $18.69 EEOC CODE: Professional FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

SHIFT: Fulltime; Hours may vary based on customer needs.

JOB PURPOSE:The Outreach Nurse is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) capable of practicing in a person-centered, family-centered, and trauma-informed manner. The Outreach Nurse will work closely with the other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team to achieve a wholistic approach to care.

DEGREE AND/OR CERTIFICATION:

Required: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; a current, uninfringed license to practice vocational nursing (LVN) in the State of Texas; at least three years' experience in nursing.

Preferred: Hospital or home health experience.
