Outreach Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Interlingva Interpreting is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to support our interpreter recruitment and scheduling coverage efforts. This role blends candidate sourcing, outreach, and administrative coordination — helping the Talent Acquisition team identify, engage, screen, and onboard qualified interpreters while keeping day-to-day recruitment operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• • Experience with recruitment or sourcing, including using social media and community research to locate candidates
    
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy and poise
  • Skilled in maintaining candidate and interpreter databases and records in an organized, up to date manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computerized scheduling or management systems
  • Strong interpersonal, phone, and email etiquette
  • Able to work independently with sound judgment, as well as collaboratively with the scheduling and HR teams
  • Detail oriented, dependable, and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Bilingual preferred (English plus a second language)
