Skills We’re Looking For:
Trauma assessment and case conceptualization
Safety planning and suicide risk assessment
Grounding techniques and emotional regulation skills
Cognitive restructuring and reframing
Building therapeutic alliance with trauma survivors
Cultural humility and trauma-sensitive approach
Family therapy and attachment-focused interventions
Documentation and treatment planning
Qualifications:
Active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D license
TF-CBT training or certification
Experience treating complex trauma and PTSD
Comfortable working with trauma survivors
Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required.
