Position SummaryAurora Behavioral Health East is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing Special Needs Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This innovative program is designed to serve adolescents and children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodivergent needs who require a structured therapeutic environment while maintaining community and family involvement.The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy services while collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support emotional, behavioral, social, and functional growth. The ideal candidate possesses experience working with neurodivergent populations and is passionate about creating an affirming, strengths-based treatment environment.
