As an Outpatient Therapist providing telehealth care, you deliver evidence‑based therapy that keeps momentum going —providing a calm, vigilant presence while others rest. How You Will Make a Difference• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches. • Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes. • Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate. • Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience. • Ensure continuity of care overnight with vigilant observation and timely documentation. • Manage after‑hours admissions and urgent needs; prepare a thorough handoff to the day team. What We’re Looking For• Master’s degree with state license (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT). • Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred. • Strong telehealth etiquette and documentation skills.
