Outpatient Therapist (LCP)

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with physicians, schools, psychiatrists, and other community providers. Your Role

Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with physicians, schools, psychiatrists, and other community providers.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP)
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

Compensation

As a W-2 employee, $80–$90 per hour, based on experience and clinical expertise. Benefits available for full-time status.
