Your Role as an Outpatient Therapist:
Under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, you will provide high-quality, client-centered therapeutic services to children and families in individual, family, and group settings. You'll be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team that shares a passion for long-term healing and empowerment.
What You'll Do:
Manage a full caseload providing outpatient therapy using a family systems approach
Complete psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, diagnoses (DSM/ICD), and progress notes within our Electronic Health Record
Partner with clients and families to set goals, track progress, and engage them in their care
Meet team productivity, billing, and documentation standards
Stay in compliance with Medicaid, contract, and agency guidelines
Work collaboratively with peers, supervisors, and community stakeholders
Contribute to a culture of empathy, professionalism, and shared purpose
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
A Master's degree from a Florida-eligible mental health, social work, or MFT program
Eligibility for FL intern registration (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI)
Moderate tech proficiency (EHR + Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong clinical instincts, communication skills, and documentation habits
Passion for working with diverse families and communities
Bilingual in Spanish (with additional compensation!)
Familiarity with Medicaid requirements and outpatient therapy best practices
