    Description

    Work Schedule: 4 10 hour shifts or 3 12 hour shifts, Monday - Saturday

    Sundays and Major Holidays Off

    About the role

    As an Outpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment. You will play a key role in monitoring patient health, educating patients and families, coordinating care, and ensuring safe and effective dialysis treatments.

    What you’ll do

    • Provide safe, compassionate dialysis care to patients
    • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
    • Educate patients and families about kidney care and treatment options
    • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
    • Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
    • Meet applicable state nursing practice requirements

    Preferred

    • One year of RN experience
    • Hemodialysis, nephrology, or chronic care experience

    Compensation

    The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
     
    Hourly Rate: $29.00 - $50.00
