Job Description:
Shift: Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM
Maintains records of clinical education activities and outcomes.
Provides training and development opportunities for clinical staff. Collaborates with other departments to integrate clinical education programs.
Develops and implements clinical education programs for all non-provider clinical personnel.
Completes short and long-term planning for clinical education programs.
Oversees the creation, monitoring, and delivery of curriculum throughout the organization.
Provides support for ongoing development and maintenance of standards for performance and clinical outcomes.
Travels throughout the region to multiple medical practices and ambulatory centers.
Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
