This position can be based out of any Compass Health Network location.
We’re seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our mission-driven team serving rural Missouri communities. As part of our integrated behavioral health program within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Organization (CCBHO) and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering strength-based, person-centered psychiatric services where they’re needed most.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide ongoing psychiatric treatment and medication management
- Offer expert consultation and recommendations to the care team
- Oversee psychiatric treatment for individuals in rehabilitation services
- Document care in alignment with clinical and compliance standards
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Doctorate degree from an approved accredited medical school required
• Completion of an accredited residency program in psychiatry leading to Board eligibility required
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with community mental health, outpatient setting/inpatient setting with serious and persistent mentally ill adult and/or child, adolescent population; co-occurring population (SMI and substance abuse) preferred
• Basic computer skills along with transcription experience and use of e prescribe preferred
