    Description

    Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Outpatient team. This role is ideal for professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experts in the field to help facilitate personal and professional growth and provide superior patient care.

    Location: Various locations throughout the Daytona Region

    Department: Outpatient - Float Team

    Hours: M-F; hours between 7A-7P

    Compensation: Float Stipend provided. Experience and education may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.

    Responsibilities:

    • Functions under supervision of a Physical Therapist
    • Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses
    • Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment
    • Effectively communicate both verbally and written
    • Promote evidence based patient care

    Qualifications:

    • Current PTA license in state of Florida
    • Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification
    • Experience preferred, will consider a new grad
    • Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements
