Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Base Salary:
$75,000 – $105,000/year + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day
Now offering sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations!
(Pay range accounts for experience, credentials, and geographic market with room for growth.
