Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing

* Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient orthopedic treatment plans.
* Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise based on each patient’s needs and progress.
* Adjust treatment plans as needed while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with PTAs, orthopedic providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated patient care.

Skills You Need

* Current **Physical Therapist license** in Massachusetts.
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
* Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills.
* Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required.
