Position Overview
Join a well-established pediatric practice in Crestview, Florida as a full-time Pediatrician. You’ll join a collaborative team of four established pediatricians in a supportive outpatient environment with strong patient demand and an efficient clinical workflow.
This opportunity is ideal for a Pediatrician seeking a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, minimal call responsibilities, and a well-supported practice environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $200,000–$220,000
- Productivity incentives available
- Current pediatricians earning approximately $250,000–$350,000 annually
- Additional compensation available for teaching responsibilities
- NP supervision stipend: $1,000/month per supervised NP, if applicable

About the Practice
- Established pediatric practice with a team of four pediatricians
- Outpatient-only practice
- Athena EMR
- Approximately 20–25 patients per day, with a goal of 25 patients daily
- Established patient visits scheduled for 15 minutes
- New patient visits scheduled for 30 minutes
- Nurse triage support for urgent and severe concerns
- Established patient base with consistent demand
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Five-day work week
- Rotating phone call only
- Very light call volume
- No routine in-office call requirements
Clinical Workflow
- Approximately 20–25 pediatric patients per day
- Goal of 25 patients per day
- Walk-in pediatric patients incorporated into the daily schedule
- Nurse triage support for urgent or severe issues
- Athena EMR
- Efficient outpatient workflow designed to support quality patient care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care
- Manage approximately 20–25 patients per day
- Evaluate and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Incorporate walk-in pediatric patients into the daily schedule
- Participate in rotating phone call coverage with minimal call volume
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical support staff
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care
- Participate in teaching opportunities, if interested
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Post-training clinical experience required
- Eligible for or active Florida medical license
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care
- No visa sponsorship available
