Position Summary: As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you work with a diverse patient population across various age groups and orthopedic conditions while enjoying a collaborative, mentorship-rich environment that fosters professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based, one-on-one orthopedic physical therapy to patients with varying diagnoses.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
- Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and specialty training to enhance clinical expertise.
- Maintain reasonable caseloads to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Engage in clinical research, residency programs, and leadership development as desired.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
- Current or pending state PT licensure.
- Passion for orthopedics, sports rehab, or specialty areas (certifications a plus).
- Commitment to clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and lifelong learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
