Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients using clinical tests, medical history, and observation to develop individualized treatment plans

  • Apply evidence-based techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities as appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with referring physicians and orthopedic surgeons to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and post-discharge care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with professional and legal standards
  • Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current and valid Indiana PT license (or eligible)
  • CPR certification
  • Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred

  • 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic PT experience (new grads with strong clinical rotations considered)
  • Specialty certification or training: McKenzie, Maitland, Dry Needling, or Graston
  • Familiarity with EMR systems

Schedule

Monday–Friday, flexible scheduling options. No weekends or holidays required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement plan with employer contribution
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Wellness and lifestyle reimbursement program
