About the Role


We're seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed therapists who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Clinicians have opportunities to provide individual, family, group, and telehealth services while working with a diverse client population.


Preferred Licensure


  • LPC or LPC Associate
  • LCSW or LMSW
  • LMFT or LMFT Associate
  • Therapists expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply

What You'll Do


  • Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
  • Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
  • Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, and community supports as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities
Qualifications


  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
  • Active Texas licensure or associate-level licensure (LPC Associate, LMSW, LMFT Associate, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check
