Position Summary:
Seattle Indian Health Board (SIHB) places a strong emphasis on the services offered by our Behavioral Health Department. The Mental Health (MH) Clinical Supervisor will ensure that our MH Program is delivering culturally competent services to our relatives. The MH clinical supervisor is responsible for ensuring accurate diagnosis/diagnoses and quality treatment is being delivered to all SIHB Behavioral Health Consumer Relatives.
Organizational Structure/Reporting Relationships:
The Mental Health Clinical Supervisor will be required to work in close collaboration with other Outpatient and Residential Clinical Supervisor(s). The MH Clinical Supervisor will work under the direct supervision of the Mental Health Director. This position will be responsible for supervising up to 4 Associate Level practitioners and 6 MSW Advanced Practice Students.

Work Environment: Office hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday. There may be occasional work on weekends for SIHB events where attendance is required. Our 1.0 FTE is arranged in four 10-hour shifts per week (with paid time for non-face to face care), however, this role must serve on a five 8-hour shift per week schedule for their first 90 days to familiarize themselves with the day-to-day operations of the program.
