Position: Outpatient General Cardiologist

Location: Daytona Beach, Florida

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

A well-regarded facility is seeking a Board-Certified General Cardiologist to join its outpatient practice in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology care 

• Oversee advanced practice practitioners (PA/ARNP/DNP) within a team-based care model

• Participate in developing and implementing evidence-based care pathways

• Review and present quality and performance data to support practice goals

• Collaborate with medical staff, clinical support staff, and practice leadership

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

• Contribute to departmental quality improvement and patient safety programs

Position Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Board Certificatfied/Board Eligible by the American Board of Medical Specialties (Cardiology)

• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice experience (new graduates may be considered on a case-by-case basis)

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and care management systems; prior Epic experience valued

• Experience in value-based care settings is preferred, with training available for new physicians

• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, regulatory considerations, and insurance benefits
