• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care including preventative services and chronic disease management

Requirements<\/h3>• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure

• Active DEA license or ability to obtain

• Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
<\/div>
