Optimal Patient Volume: Build a full Family Medicine panel quickly, roughly 15 to 19 patients per day
Ideal Work Environment: Private office, three exam rooms per provider, dedicated nurse and support staff, and an on-site lab

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: $310,000+ guaranteed base salary, plus wRVU productivity upside with low threshold
Generous Quality Bonus: $25,000 annual quality bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 commencement bonus
Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $100,000 over five years ($20,000 annually)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, direct-billed
Professional Development: CME allowance of $4,500 per year plus 5 CME days
PTO + Sick Time: 45 days of combined PTO and sick days.

Qualifications
Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Licensure: Active Kentucky license or eligible to obtain one
Experience: New graduates and experienced Family Medicine physicians welcome to apply
