Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Clinician based out of our Desert Cove Health Center location in Phoenix, AZ.

Seeking a Clinician to join our interdisciplinary team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Desert Cove Recovery Health Center.

Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week

Monday- Friday: 8:30am- 5:30pm

Location: 10844 N. 23rd Ave., Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85029

Experience working with Co-Occurring Mental Health & Substance Use Disorders- Preferred

Behavioral Health Experience- Preferred

AZ Licensure reimbursed when renewed as a TH Employee (According to Policy)

BHT Level Therapists (Masters Required): Starting at $23.42/hr. - $24.47/hr.

Associates Level Therapists- LMSW, LAC, LAAC: Starting at $57,000 per annum - $64,000 per annum

Independently Licensed Therapists- LCSW, LPC, LIAC: Starting at $70,000 per annum

Additional Language Differential Pay Available: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili, or ASL.

Duties Include:

  • Responsible for providing outpatient counseling services to clients.
  • Provides direct support services to include engaging clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services and crisis management.
  • Monitors case load daily to ensure required documentation is completed timely; including, but not limited to, assessments, treatment plans, case reviews and discharge plans.
  • Monitors and follows up on client needs, and submits monthly service reports as required or needed.
  • Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies.
  • Provides client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families in both individual and group sessions
  • Conducts assessments or screenings with clients to evaluate the nature of their presenting problems in order to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plan goals.
  • Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with case managers, medical providers, and other clinic staff.
  • Services are provided according to all licensure, state, and federal laws, and Terros Policies and Procedures. May sign off on non-licensed staff's work.
