What Youll Do- Provide infusion therapy to adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses such as GU cancers, hematology conditions, and sarcomas.
- Administer chemotherapy safely following all protocols and safety standards.
- Document patient care accurately in the EPIC system.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient responses and manage any adverse reactions during infusion sessions.
- Educate patients about treatments, side effects, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment.
What You NeedRequired:- Ohio RN license
- BLS certification
- Chemo certification (ONS/ONCC)
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient infusion nursing experience
- Proficiency in EPIC documentation system
Preferred:- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Knowledge of oncology and hematology treatments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
