How you'll contribute
An Outcomes Manager who excels in this role:
- Coordinates collection, documentation, and submission of Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI) and Quality Indicators (QIs) data in accordance with CMS requirements and facility policies.
- Partners with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely, accurate data capture and supports education on QI documentation standards.
- Works closely with nursing, therapy, case management, and medical staff to support accurate QI scoring and IRF-PAI completion.
- Adheres to CMS regulations, payer guidelines, and organizational policies related to data integrity and timeliness.
- May assist with audits, performance improvement activities, and data validation.

What we're looking for
Education/Licensure: Clinical degree with current license to practice as an OT, PT, RN, SLP, or MSW.
Knowledge: QI competency; working knowledge of state and federal guidelines; familiarity with healthcare workflows and documentation.
