Schedule: Monday through Thursday; 10-hour day shifts starting at 4:30 AM, 5:30 AM, and 6:30 AM

About the Role

The Outbound Specialist is responsible for executing physical warehouse activities related to outbound logistics operations within a managed-service warehouse environment. This role focuses on overseeing operational tasks to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety in outbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical warehouse activities related to outbound logistics operations, including handling inbound and outbound products
• Oversee and ensure operational execution within the designated warehouse area according to daily plans
• Manage and coordinate the physical handling of products up to 30 lbs, including picking, packing, staging, and inventory movement
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of outbound shipments, adhering to operational KPIs
• Support team members in meeting productivity and quality targets
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and proper lifting techniques to maintain a safe working environment
• Document and report operational issues, delays, or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with standard procedures
• Collaborate with warehouse management to optimize workflow and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience working in outsourced, managed-service, or contract logistics environments
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes and operational KPIs
• General warehouse skills, including inventory handling, packing, staging, and safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand and perform physical activities during early morning shifts
