Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 12-hour night shifts starting at 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, and 6:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Outbound Specialist to join our warehouse team in Brighton, CO. In this role, you will perform physical warehouse activities and ensure the smooth execution of outbound logistics operations during night shifts. The position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational KPIs, with experience in managed-service, contract logistics, or outsourced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical warehouse activities related to outbound logistics, including staging and shipping outbound orders
• Oversee and ensure the accurate execution of daily warehouse operations within the assigned area
• Monitor operational KPIs to maintain warehouse efficiency and accuracy
• Manage physical inventory movements using tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to warehouse protocols during night shift operations
• Report operational issues or discrepancies to management promptly
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for warehouse workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience working in outsourced, managed-service, or contract logistics environments
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes and operational KPIs
• Ability to perform physical activities up to 30 lbs as needed
• General warehouse skills and knowledge
