Outbound Shipping Technician — Small Parcel

Company: Atlas Seals

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Hourly Rate: $19–$25

Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm

Ready to keep packages moving?

Do you enjoy turning a checklist into a smooth, on-time stream of shipments? Are precision labels and secure packaging your kind of satisfaction? Step into a role where your focus is clear: outbound small parcels, processed accurately and efficiently using UPS and FedEx software.

Your mission

• Prepare and package products so they’re protected and presentation-ready.
• Generate labels and process shipments through UPS and FedEx tools with zero guesswork.
• Plan the day’s queue, balancing speed and accuracy to maintain a steady rhythm.
• Team up with the Finishing/Assembly Manager to learn additional responsibilities tied to the position.

What you won’t be doing

This is a specialized shipping role—not a general warehouse position. You will not handle freight or LTL shipments, operate forklifts, pick orders from stock, manage inventory, or receive goods.

What you bring

• Strong organizational habits and the ability to juggle priorities.
• Keen attention to detail when packaging and entering shipment data.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with carrier software.
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes.
• Dependability to work 7:00am–3:30pm on a day schedule.

How you’ll grow

Training and guidance for role-specific tasks are provided by the Finishing/Assembly Manager, ensuring you’re supported as you master the function.
