As our Outbound Sales Specialist, you'll own the first and most important part of our client journey -- turning interested leads into excited, committed bookings. You'll guide women through a consultative conversation, help them visualize their dream session, and confidently secure their date and deposit. You are the oxygen and heartbeat of the studio.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls with warm, pre-qualified leads who have expressed interest in our sessions.
• Build genuine emotional connection while confidently guiding clients toward booking.
• Uncover motivations, listen deeply, and use storytelling to help clients commit to their session.
• Manage call follow-ups, scheduling, and CRM updates with precision.
• Deliver consistent results that keep our studio calendar full.

Requirements of the role:

• 2+ years in outbound phone sales, inside sales, or appointment setting.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding conversion or revenue goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and computer literacy CRM experience is a nice bonus.

Schedule: Permanent full-time role (30-40 hours/week) with consistent scheduling. Must have flexibility for evening calls when client availability peaks from 12-8pm pst and Saturdays.
