Position Overview

No insurance or sales background? No problem. Jason Dunn State Farm is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative in Frankfort, KY and provides paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching from day one, so you can learn the industry and build a real skill set while you earn.

Responsibilities

• Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer’s needs and goals
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required — we will train you
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude

Pay range: $50,000-$80,000 per year

This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Your earning potential grows with your sales performance — top performers exceed this range.
