Outbound Sales Representative / Enrollment Specialist
Compensation
· $55,000 base salary
· $45,000 target commission
· $100,000+ annual earning potential
· Residual commission structure that provides recurring earning opportunities from active enrollments
· High performers may earn $8,000–$10,000+ per month in commissions

Phoenix, AZ | Fully Onsite
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Make approximately 55–65 outbound calls per day to businesses regarding available insurance claim payments
- Educate vendors on digital payment options, including virtual card and ACH/direct deposit
- Explain the benefits of faster electronic payments and overcome common objections
- Drive enrollments and encourage ongoing participation in digital payment programs
- Research and verify business contact information
- Maintain accurate call notes, enrollment activity, and customer information in Salesforce
- Work toward daily and weekly goals for call volume, talk time, conversions, quality, and enrollments
- Provide professional, customer-focused service throughout the sales process
Previous outbound sales, inside sales, B2B sales, telemarketing, SDR, BDR, or call center sales experience
