Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outbound Sales Consultant to join their growing New Business Sales team. As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Executives (AEs) by generating qualified sales pipeline and helping to move Mailchimp's business upmarket. You will be responsible for engaging prospective mid-market customers and identifying opportunities to introduce them to the value of our omnichannel marketing platform. This is a hybrid role reporting out of our Atlanta office.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with 2-3 Account Executives to strategically identify and research target mid-market companies
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies to engage high-fit companies
  • Generate new qualified sales pipeline through proactive outreach via email, phone, and social channels
  • Engage prospects with genuine curiosity to uncover their challenges and pain points related to customer engagement, monetization, and retention
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition of omnichannel marketing platform, including email, SMS, and transactional products
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to your partnered AEs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead qualifications in our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with AEs to understand their sales goals and adjust prospecting efforts accordingly
  • Continuously learn and apply feedback to improve prospecting strategies and results
