Responsibilities

• Prospect and nurture buyer and seller leads through phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up.
• Schedule appointments for the team and convert opportunities into active clients.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns and database outreach.
• Follow up with internet leads, past clients, and sphere contacts.
• Assist with buyer consultations, property showings, and client support.
• Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion goals.
• Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the team to generate business growth and client satisfaction.Learn team prospecting scripts
• Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
• Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
• Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
• Manage database and productivity reports
• Commit to skill development through education and script practice
• Become a real estate local expert
• Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology

Schedule Requirements

• Full-time position.
• Must maintain office hours Monday through Friday.
• Must be available for client appointments and property showings during evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Montana Real Estate License required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission
• Earning potential based on performance and production.
