As the Outbound Logistics Operations Coordinator on 3rd shift (9pm-6pm), you’ll keep product flowing, trucks on schedule, and customers satisfied. A night in the life

• Guide the pick, pack, and ship flow so outbound deadlines are met consistently and accurately.
• Partner closely with warehouse teammates to align receiving, staging, and loading activities.
• Keep a pulse on stock—spot potential shortages or overages and help balance inventory before issues arise.
• Use our distribution systems and Microsoft Office to track shipments, update records, and reconcile data.
• Jump on issues early by communicating with peers and other departments to remove roadblocks.
• Champion safety and policy compliance in every task on the floor.
• Help onboard and coach new team members on processes and best practices.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Experience in distribution or logistics preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail—accuracy matters here.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team.
• Proficiency with distribution/WMS software and Microsoft Office.
• Clear, professional communication—written and verbal.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform hands-on warehouse tasks as needed.
