Description:
The Warehouse Lead oversees the put away of inbound product into our inventory and the pulling and staging of the outbound products for shipment. They are responsible for the flow of product into and out of inventory to the shipping locations. This role involves directing Arhaus employees and temporary associates under the direct supervision and guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor. In this role the lead will accurately create assignments while maintaining and constantly improving day to day put away and pulling operations to ensure the highest levels of inventory accuracy are achieved. The primary focus is to ensure operations safely, productively, and effectively with high quality to ensure business needs are met.
