We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Lead Caller to contact prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking with people, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm and cold leads, following established scripts, updating customer information in our CRM, and helping drive company growth by generating qualified appointments.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the success of our licensed insurance agents to close as many policies as possible. Managing your leads for the day, handling as many outbound calls with successful transfers and build a quick strong trust between you and the prospect right out of the gate
Be available for 6 hour shifts California time
Working computer able to be used with headphones for in bound and outbound calls
Comfortable making 200+ calls per day
Quick learner and able to build rapport over the phone
Professional and goal oriented
