Join Wynalda Packaging as an Outbound Freight Documentation Coordinator

Picture your day starting at 6:30am. You walk the shipping floor, scan the staging area, and match finished cartons to the morning’s dispatch list. By mid-morning, you’ve built precise customer-specific paperwork, coordinated with carriers, and updated internal teams on timing. A quick forklift run moves pallets to the dock or, when required, over to our warehouse for transfer. By 3:00pm, you’ve wrapped up the next wave of shipments—on time, documented, and organized—ready for tomorrow’s momentum. Overtime happens when volume spikes, and you’re the steady hand that keeps everything on track.
