Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm

Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties

We are currently looking for an Outbound Coordinator to join our team on 1st Shift. Work in a clean, modern, 750,000-square-foot distribution center supporting Epson products shipped throughout North America.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Outbound Coordinator you will:

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments and transportation activities
• Communicate with warehouse operations, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status
• Research and resolve shipping discrepancies and transportation issues
• Monitor carrier performance and support compliance reporting
• Review orders and ensure accurate shipment planning and documentation
• Support domestic and international shipping processes
• Manage daily transportation scheduling and load planning

What You Will Bring

Your background and experience should include:

• Experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain environments preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

The starting hourly pay for this role is between USD $21.00 and $25.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
