OTT Project Manager

A media services organization in Bergen County, New Jersey is seeking a new OTT Project Manager for a hybrid role supporting digital product and streaming initiatives.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Lead OTT projects from planning through execution and launch support
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Platform, Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive delivery
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables
• Establish and maintain project tracking, status updates, and reporting across multiple workstreams
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in media, entertainment, technology, digital products, or OTT
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology or digital product initiatives
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams on applications, platforms, or consumer-facing digital products
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, including project tracking, dashboards, metrics, reporting, and workflow management
• Strong understanding of project planning, dependencies, risks, milestones, and launch management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-moving environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience with OTT, streaming, mobile, web, or digital platforms
• Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives
