A Closer Look Under the Hood

Our Tire Techs are truly at the core of our business. Below are the primary responsibilities to help you get a feel for a day in the life:

• Remove and install commercial tires and wheels in the facility and road-side • On-Call Roadside assistance to perform these type of repairs • Replacement of tires • Driving repair station vehicle, truck to customers in need of road-side repairs • Delivery of Tires local to customers • Perform maintenance on tires to include tire rotations, balancing tire pressure, Monitoring System TPMS, and repairs • Operate Forklift, other MHE along with various types of equipment • Complete work orders and related paperwork timely and correctly • Maintain organize and clean shop and equipment, which includes stocking tires and organizing the tire rooms • Participate in training, follow safety procedures, job duties, and company policies • Provide customers and other co-workers with helpful, friendly, and responsive customer service • Additional duties, including working in the Distribution Center as assigned.
